Moveable Foot Pedal on Rail

This rail-mounted foot pedal allows smooth repositioning along the folding length, making it ideal for setups with multiple folding stations. XTAP – conical bending

XTAP enables angled gauge positioning for conical bending, with automatic backgauge adjustment via the control system. It allows efficient forming of cappings and non-parallel profiles with precise overlaps, removing the need for manual trimming and improving production accuracy.

Safety Floor Scanner

A floor-mounted scanner enhances operator safety with two selectable modes, one for the folding side and one for the gauging side. It restricts access to the working area whenever a potential collision with the folding beam is detected, ensuring safe, compliant and reliable operation.

Backgauge FLEXIBLE Upgrade with Steel Ball Transfers

Available for all FS Series models, the FLEXIBLE backgauge system offers enhanced control with a modular depth extension up to 4200mm. Powered by dual servo motors with ball screws and linear guides, it delivers repeatable, high-precision positioning. The system includes spring steel gauging rails and automatic drop-away stop units to prevent collisions during sheet rotation, making it ideal for fast-paced, high-accuracy production environments.

Squaring Arm

The squaring arm enables accurate alignment of large or narrow parts during folding and gauging. Offered in 1000mm, 1550mm and 3300mm lengths, it can be mounted on either the left or right side of any FS Series machine. It provides repeatable positioning and improved panel handling efficiency.
